Cast aluminum end tanks with internal baffling and a robust bar/plate aluminum core render a 130% increase in frontal surface area and an 83% increase in volume over the factory B9 SQ5 intercooler. By keeping intake air temperature low and pressure drop at a minimum, engine output stays consistent even when outside temperatures rise. No cutting required; reuses the factory intercooler hoses and clamps.
Fits: Audi B9 SQ5 3.0T (B9, B9.5). Confirm fitment with us before ordering.
